Long-distance Trail

The World Heritage Trail leads around the entire Wachau, from Melk to Krems, through vineyards and apricot orchards, between cheerful wine taverns and peaceful deciduous forests, along the blue Danube.

From birth to life after death, I hike around 260 kilometres along the thirteen stages of the Lebensweg in the southern Waldviertel.

I hike about 90 kilometres, divided into seven stages, on the Jauerling circuit around the Jauerling Nature Park in the southern Waldviertel.
